From the designer —

Needlework and handwork have long been my passion. I found cross stitch again in 2019. I wanted to design a large sampler with a pretty floral border as I love stitching them. Blue is a favourite colour of mine so bluebells came to mind. Then of course bluebirds!

This sampler is full of family, love, bluebirds and flowers.

Family is so important to me. My husband and I have two dogs and two cats (and two daughters — but the have started to build their own lives and families). Home is the heart of the sampler and I love a big red house.

This original sampler design has brought me hours of comforting stitching time and I hope it does the same for you.
