Long Dog’s Pennance is an extremely pleasurable, if somewhat lengthy, act of self-punishment for all those wrong doings that you’d rather not talk about but which, nevertheless, weigh heavily on the mind.

It can be performed in bite-sized pieces over several months or years. But, if you really want to ditch the guilt, accept past mistakes and gain forgiveness, then simply wall yourself up in the garage with the spiders and stitch like the devil is on your tail until you complete all 25 pages of the chart.
