Welcome to the wonderful world of CRS 1713 which is filled with peacocks, deer, flowers, ladies in beautiful dresses and so much more! CRS 1713 is an antique sampler from the Saxon region of Germany which I am reproducing.

You will notice that the motifs are facing several different directions. I believe CRS turned her long piece of fabric whichever way she needed to to make the stitching easier.
