The Saturday option is non-refundable. The Pillow Exchange is open to Saturday attendees as that’s when the exchange will occur.

Saturday, 3/14: Room opens at 7AM & closes at Midnight

Threaded Needle, 1 Hollywood Dr., #1 in N. Grafton will be open this weekend as well. After checkout, stop by the shop with your ID for an additional 20% off everything in stock, minus Nashville new stuff.
PARKING: $14.95/night. At check out, validate your parking pass for the reduced rate.
Pajama Parties are known for pillow fights! No fighting with pillows but we will do a pillow exchange. If you want to participate, there’s no charge other than one stitched pillow. Please register for this event. Everyone who registers will receive a pillow made by a fellow stitcher. NOTE: More info coming on this including size guidelines.
Check-in begins at 3PM on Friday.
Check-out is at Noon on Sunday.
If you want to stitch past Midnight on Friday and/or Saturday, there’s a beautiful atrium beside our meeting room that is open all night. Or you can use the tables in the breakfast area. Or the lobby. Lots of beautiful areas to continue stitching 24/7 if you like!
About the Hilton Garden Inn —

Remaining balance of $115 due by February 13, 2026. Any registration not paid in full by 2/13/2026 will forfeit their spot and we will move on to the next person on the Wait List.
