ITINERARY
Friday, 3/12: Room opens at 6PM & closes at Midnight
Pizza Party @ 8:30PM-ish
NASHVILLE REVEAL: On site shopping with all the new releases from Nashville. Those who have preordered can pick up then as well. Trunk shows.
Saturday, 3/13: Room opens at 7AM & closes at Midnight
7-9AM: Deluxe Continental Breakfast
NASHVILLE REVEAL: On site shopping with all the new releases from Nashville.
Noon: Lunch (Soup/salad bar)
Pillow/Pinkeep Exchange (Details here.)
Afternoon snack
Dinner: on your own
Late night snack: Fenway Frenzy (pretzels, Pigs in a Blanket, Cracker Jack, peanuts, etc.)
Sunday, 3/14: Room opens at 7AM & closes at Noon
7-9AM: Continental Breakfast
NASHVILLE REVEAL: On site shopping with all the new releases from Nashville.
Threaded Needle, 1 Hollywood Dr., #1 in N. Grafton will be open this weekend as well. After checkout on Sunday, stop by the shop with your Pajama Party badge for an additional 20% off everything in stock, minus Nashville new stuff.
Pajama Parties are known for pillow fights! No fighting with pillows but we will do a pillow exchange. If you want to participate, there’s no charge other than one stitched pillow. Please register for this event. Everyone who registers will receive a pillow made by a fellow stitcher. NOTE: More info coming on this including size guidelines.
Stitching Retreat <— This should take you to the block of rooms for the Pajama Party. The per night charge is $149. If it blocks you, please let me know so I can add more rooms!
Hotel check-in begins at 3PM on Friday.
Check-out is at Noon on Sunday.
Non-refundable Deposit: $115.00 (due at registration)
Remaining balance of $115 due by Monday, February 8, 2027. Any registration not paid in full by 2/9/2026 may forfeit their place at the table.
Once we are full, we will create a Wait List. To be added to the Wait List once registration is closed, please email alice@threadedneedle.org.
UPDATE: Saturday Only is not currently available. A decision will be made on this in early 2027 if not sooner. We have created a Wait List for those interested in this participation level. No monies are required at this time. Just email alice@threadedneedle.org to get on the list!
