Completion Timeline Bottomline is this – if you stitch 5 states each month and one band every other month, you will complete this beauty by July 4, 2026. However, if you want to finish it by June so that you have time to frame it, then you’ll need to consolidate the final month and blend it into your stitching throughout the year.

SAL: American Flag Quilt Sampler by Rosewood Manor
A lovely group of stitchers are undertaking this sampler over the next 12 months with a goal of a completion date to celebrate our nation’s 250th! That’s July, 2026. We will meet once a month just to stitch together! We have folks joining us that aren’t local so am working on a Zoom option. SUMMER TRADE SHOW Our summer trade show will soon be upon us! Like Nashville, designers will begin sending emails announcing their new designs in early August. As they come in, I’ll post them for your viewing pleasure. 😀 Preorders are very welcome and encouraged.
Unlike Nashville, this is a virtual show which means I won’t be bringing it all home all at once. Designs will ship which means there isn’t a “reveal” like Nashville because my orders will come in over a 30+ day period. Some designers ship right away with product ready to go while others wait until they have orders from shops before doing their printing. Preordering is a great way to ensure you get what you want when things begin to arrive. It’s another wicked exciting time and if this year will be anything like last year, the designers will not disappoint!
As with Nashville, there will be a collection available where all the new designs will be together. Should make it easier to browse. 🙂

Every state is represented with their respective state quilt pattern. They are listed in the order they became a state. A few filler options are included as well as an alphabet for personalizing.

Caron has sold their business. My understanding is that the product line will continue. Haven’t heard who bought them or how the sale will impact availability. Their website no longer loads as I went there tonight to see if there might be new info. No idea if we will see an interruption in availability like we currently have with Kreinik metallics, but it wouldn’t surprise me if that happens. Time will tell.

INDUSTRY NEWS TARIFFS: Yes, they are going to impact our industry just not 100% on how much or what products. I just received a specific yard of fabric, not a hand-dye, that was $77/yard when I ordered it a couple months ago and is now over $100. That’s a significant increase. :/
Now that Nashville is over for another year, have had many questions about why we don’t carry designs by Brenda Gervais. I don’t have a PC way to say it so here’s the straight scoop. I have tried to bring these designs in, but do not get a response to my many emails. She was in Nashville and my intent was to bring them home. However, before Nashville, I learned that Brenda is not interested in doing business with new shops. Even though I pay up front for all my orders, she only wants to do business with her existing accounts or those she knows. That being said, it is her business to sell to whom she chooses. There are so many fabulous designers out there that I have moved on. Unfortunately, I am not able to get these designs by the designer’s choice. I have never met her so cannot speak to anything other than it is her business choice. If these are a must-have for you, I recommend that you order from an established mail order or shop. I’m sorry that I cannot help you with these designs. And that’s the story. Nothing more to it than that. 🙂

WHAT ELSE? USPS Changes: Still no specifics just rhetoric that changes are coming. Slower deliveries for around 50% of all mail, but don’t quote me there. Until we have details, it’s really hard to say how this will impact the mail order side of our business as well as custom orders.
